The booking comes through your door, not somebody else’s
Every booking that goes through a platform costs you money and takes the customer’s details with it. This is the same thing, on your domain, free of commission, with the email on your list.
Quote Fixed, within two working days
Two things take money out of a business that works by appointment: the platform’s commission, which you always pay, and the slot left empty because somebody did not turn up and did not say, which you never get back.
The first is fixed by moving the booking off the platform and onto your own site. The second is fixed by an automatic reminder the day before, which is the cheapest and most effective thing anyone has found against no-shows.
We build it on your own domain, connected to the calendar you already use, with the alert landing where you will actually see it: WhatsApp or email, not a dashboard somebody has to remember to open.
What it includes
-
Booking by service and by person
Different lengths per appointment type, the slot each one really occupies, and the breaks that cannot be booked over.
-
Automatic confirmation and reminder
Instant confirmation and a reminder the day before, with a cancel link that frees the slot rather than leaving it dead.
-
Alerts by WhatsApp or email
The booking reaches you where you already look. No dashboard to open, no extra app on the phone.
-
Google Calendar sync
Both directions: what you block in your calendar stops being offered on the site, and what comes in from the site appears in your calendar.
-
A deposit up front, if you want one
Card or Bizum at the moment of booking. For a large table or a boat trip it changes the no-show rate completely.
-
The customer’s details, yours
Name, email and phone on your list, with consent collected as the GDPR requires. That is precisely what a platform never gives you.
How it gets built
Two to four weeks, and the slow part is deciding the rules, not coding them.
-
We write the real rules together: what can be booked, how long it takes, how much notice, what happens on a public holiday.
-
We build the calendar and the alerts, then book twenty times ourselves to break it before a customer does.
-
We connect your calendar and, if there is a deposit, the payment gateway. We test a cancellation and check the slot comes back.
-
We publish, then look at the first week of real bookings together to adjust the timings, which always need adjusting.
What decides the price
What decides the quote is not how many bookings you expect but how many distinct rules have to be honoured: services of different lengths, several practitioners, public holidays, deposits. Building it costs the same for ten appointments a month as for a thousand, so the number follows the calendar rather than the volume. Fixed quote within two working days, and never a commission per booking.
-
How many rules your diary has
One duration and one person is simple. Six services, three practitioners and breaks that cannot be booked over is where the work is.
-
Whether you take deposits
Taking a deposit adds a gateway, cancellation terms and refunds. For a large table or a boat trip it pays; for a half-hour appointment, rarely.
-
What it has to talk to
Syncing with the calendar you already use, with your till, or with a channel manager depends on what that system allows.
-
Whether the site is already ours
Building it into a site we made costs considerably less than building it and rebuilding the site around it.
Who it is for
Who it is not for
- If your business does not work by appointment, you do not need this and we are not going to sell it to you.
- If you want to appear inside the booking platform’s own search, that is what the platform is for: this is the opposite.
- If you need to manage staff rotas and payroll, that is a different piece of software and we will tell you which.

Questions about bookings
If your question isn’t here, write to us and we’ll answer it. Contact
Do I have to leave the platform I use now?
Not all at once. The usual move is to run both for a few months: the platform finds new customers, your site keeps the repeat ones, who are the expensive ones to pay commission on. Once you can see the ratio, you decide.
Does the WhatsApp reminder work?
Yes, through WhatsApp Business. Also SMS or email if you prefer. The day-before reminder is the thing that genuinely moves the no-show rate.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes, by card or Bizum at the moment of booking, with the cancellation terms written where they are visible before paying. For large tables and for activities it is what turns a booking into a commitment.
What if two people book the same slot?
They cannot. The slot is held the moment the booking starts and released if it is not finished within a few minutes. It is the first thing we test when we build one.
Is my customer data mine?
Yes, and you can export it whenever you like. It is collected with the consent the GDPR requires and stored in the EU. That list is by some distance the most valuable thing to come out of all this.
