So you never have to think about this again
One monthly fee, no minimum term, and the site is still yours the day you decide to stop. Here is exactly what it covers.
Quote A monthly fee, no minimum term
Websites do not break suddenly; they get left behind. A certificate expires, a form stops sending and nobody tests it, a cookie notice stops complying, a backup has been failing silently for eight months.
Maintenance exists so that somebody looks at all that every week and you do not have to remember. It is not insurance and not a subscription to anything: it is the hosting, the backups, the updates and the small changes, at a price that does not move.
And the day you want to stop, you stop. You take the domain, the code and the content, the site stays published wherever you say, and there is no penalty and no retention call. A maintenance contract you cannot leave is a trap, and there are plenty about.
What the monthly fee covers
-
Cloudflare hosting
Served from the global network, with a certificate, basic protection and no visitor cap. If you end up on the radio one day, the site holds.
-
Daily backups
Thirty days of history, with a restore genuinely tested every quarter. A backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup.
-
Updates and security
Dependencies kept current, security headers reviewed, and browser warnings dealt with before a customer sees one.
-
Small changes included
Hours, prices, a photo, some text, a short new page. No counting hours and no raising a quote for every little thing.
-
Monitoring that alerts us
If the site goes down or a form stops sending, we find out first. You finding out from a customer is the failure this prevents.
-
A person to email
A reply the same working day, from somebody who knows your site. No ticket number and no three tiers of support.
What happens each month
Three things, and you notice two of them not at all.
-
A weekly automatic check: speed, broken links, forms, certificates and backups.
-
One human review a month of what the automatic check cannot see: stale content, prices that changed, legal notices.
-
Your small changes, whenever you ask, done the same day or the next.
-
A two-paragraph email every quarter: what was done, what broke and what is worth looking at.
What decides the price
This is the one recurring service here: paid monthly, month to month, with no minimum term. What decides the fee is what is underneath — a site we built largely maintains itself; an inherited one has to be looked at first — and whether you need backups, domain and monitoring or only part of it. We give you the fixed figure after looking, and cancelling is sending an email.
-
Whether we built the site
A site of ours is already built to be maintained. An inherited one may need a rescue first, and in that case we tell you what fixing it would cost rather than charging to maintain something that cannot be.
-
What the fee covers
Hosting, domain, daily backups, updates and small changes. If you already have hosting and only want monitoring, that is a different figure.
-
How many small changes you ask for
Hours, prices, photographs and a short page are included rather than billed. A new function is a project and gets quoted as one.
-
Whether there is a shop or bookings
An informational site and a shop with a gateway, stock and invoicing do not need the same monitoring or the same response time.
Who it is for
Who it is not for
- If you have somebody technical in-house already doing it, do not pay for it twice.
- If you want content published every week, that is not maintenance and it is quoted separately.
- If we did not build your site, it needs looking at first: sometimes maintenance is expensive because what is underneath needs a rescue rather than a patch.

Questions about maintenance
If your question isn’t here, write to us and we’ll answer it. Contact
Is there a minimum term?
No. It is month to month and you cancel by sending an email. No penalty, no three months’ notice, and no call to talk you out of it.
What happens to my site if I leave?
It stays yours and it keeps working. We hand over the code, the content and the domain, and help you move it wherever you want it. No exit fee.
What counts as a small change?
Hours, prices, photos, text, a short new page, a blog post. Anything under an hour — and in practice we are generous about that hour. Anything that is a new function gets quoted, and you know beforehand.
Does it include the domain?
Yes, renewal of a .com, .es or .cat domain is included. If you have an exotic extension costing eighty euros a year, we will say so and look at it with you.
What if you did not build my site?
We look at it first, free. If it is in good shape, it goes onto maintenance all the same. If what is underneath causes trouble, we tell you what fixing it would cost rather than charging you a monthly fee to maintain something that cannot be maintained.
Ask, with no commitment
If you already have a site, we will look at it and tell you what state it is in. If it is ours, maintenance starts whenever you say.
