Being found by the people ten minutes away
Local SEO is not about keywords. It is about Google knowing what you do, where you do it, and somebody real confirming it. That gets built, not bought.
Quote Fixed, within two working days
A neighbourhood business is not competing with the whole internet. It is competing with the eight that appear on the map when somebody searches from the pavement opposite. That box of three results is most of the prize, and it is won with dull, checkable things rather than tricks.
The dull things are these: a Google Business profile that is genuinely finished, a name and address written identically everywhere, a page for each service you sell and each area you sell it in, and a site that loads before the person gives up.
We do not buy links, we do not publish thirty articles a month, and we will not promise you a position. What we do is write down what was changed, when, and what happened afterwards — and when nothing happened, the report says that too.
What it includes
-
An audit of what is there
What Google indexes today, which pages are competing with each other, what is broken and what is simply empty. Prioritised by what moves the needle most.
-
A finished Google Business profile
Primary and secondary categories, service area, hours including public holidays, attributes, photographs chosen deliberately, and the common questions answered by you before a stranger answers them.
-
A page per service and per area
But only where there is something different to say. Twenty identical pages with the neighbourhood name swapped is the fastest route to being classified as mass-generated content.
-
Structured data
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and breadcrumbs, applied only where they describe what is genuinely on the page. Marking up what is not there is the short road to a penalty.
-
A consistent NAP
Name, address and phone identical on the site, on Google, on Apple Maps and in the directories that matter here. One letter different and Google doubts both.
-
A monthly report you can read
Which searches brought people, how many calls and route requests came from the profile, and what we did that month. One page, no decorative charts.
How we work
The first month is mostly repair. From the third it starts showing in the numbers.
-
Audit and priority list, with whatever gets fixed in the first week marked separately.
-
Technical repair: speed, URLs, duplicates, structured data and anything blocking indexing.
-
Google profile finished, and service and area pages written — only the ones with something of their own to say.
-
Monthly follow-up with a one-page report, and next month’s decisions written at the bottom of it.
What decides the price
Local SEO is quoted on what needs fixing, and nobody knows that until they look. So we start with an audit and a prioritised plan, and that document is yours whether or not you carry on with us. Ongoing work sits inside the maintenance plan if the site is already ours. What we never do is charge by position: paying for a rank that depends on a third party is paying for something nobody can sell.
-
What state the site is in
A healthy site needs adjustments. One with duplicate URLs, pages competing with each other and misapplied structured data needs a rescue.
-
How many areas and services
A page per service and per area, but only where there is something of its own to say. Four good pages cost less and do more than twenty empty ones.
-
Whether the Google profile is unfinished
Category, service area, holiday hours, photographs and questions. Free to use, and time-consuming to do properly.
-
Whether you want monthly follow-up
The audit happens once. The monthly report and the decisions that come out of it are a separate thing, and can start later.
Who it is for
Who it is not for
- If you want to be first next month, that is paid advertising and a different conversation.
- If you are looking for somebody to buy links, it is not us, and it does not last anyway.
- If your business sells across Spain with no local element, this is not the right spend and there is better work for the money.

Questions about local SEO
If your question isn’t here, write to us and we’ll answer it. Contact
How long until it shows?
The Google profile usually moves in four to six weeks. New pages take three to six months to settle. Anyone promising results in thirty days is selling you month one of a twelve-month contract.
Can you guarantee first place?
No, and nobody can. Anyone who guarantees it is counting on you not checking which search they picked: it is easy to be first for a phrase nobody types. What we do guarantee is that you will see what was done and what happened.
What if I stop paying for the monthly work?
You keep what is built: the profile, the pages, the structured data and the reports. Nothing is dismantled and nothing is clawed back. It is your work, paid for.
Do I need to publish articles every month?
For a local business, almost never. Six pages that answer what people actually search beats forty that fill space. If a topic genuinely makes a useful guide, we write it; if not, we do not.
How do I know this works?
Look at this site. No bought links, no daily blog, and the pages it has are written for specific searches with the source of every figure beside it. It is exactly what we would do for you.
We will tell you what is missing
Send us your website address and your business name. We will tell you the three things holding you back most, before you buy anything.
