We work remotely, and in four languages
Half of what we do does not need us to be in the same city. If your business is outside Spain, or it is yours but it trades here, this is the short route in.
-
Your business is outside Spain
We work remotely from Barcelona for small businesses across Europe. The same fixed price, the same process, and a timezone that overlaps most of the continent’s working day. What we will not do is pretend to know your country’s rules: if your project turns on them, we will say so and help you find somebody who does.
-
Your business trades here and you do not live here
Holiday lets, charters, shops and practices with a foreign owner. Here we do know the whole ground: the tourist registration number, the stay tax, Spanish invoicing, VAT, and the three languages your customers will write to you in. It is the case we are best at.
What changes when the client is far away
Four languages, as standard
Catalan, Spanish, English and French, with hreflang tags set correctly so each visitor sees the right version. For a business taking customers from several countries this is not a marketing extra: it is the difference between a booking completing and a booking being abandoned halfway.
The European part, which genuinely is ours
We work under Spanish and European rules every day, and that part travels even when the country does not. The GDPR is the same in all twenty-seven. The European Accessibility Act comes from an EU directive and applies to e-commerce in all of them. Mandatory electronic invoicing is arriving across Europe on different timetables, and the Spanish one already has its dates.
The process is the same
Working remotely changes the channel, not the method. Same fixed quote, same deadlines in writing.
Half an hour, in person in Barcelona or over video. You tell us about the business and we tell you whether we can help.
- What you get
- A straight answer on whether this makes sense for you, said out loud and without hedging.
- What we need from you
- Half an hour, and for you to tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what is costing you money now.
- How long it takes
- 30 minutes
Within two working days you have the scope, the price and the date in writing. No small print.
- What you get
- A two-page document saying what gets done, what it costs and when it lands. That number is the invoice.
- What we need from you
- Your tax details for the quote, and a yes or a no. We don’t chase you if you don’t reply.
- How long it takes
- Two working days
You watch it happen at a real address from day one. Two rounds of changes included.
- What you get
- A private link you can open whenever you like and show to whoever you like while it is being built.
- What we need from you
- Your photos and copy if you have them, and two one-hour slots to review what we have so far.
- How long it takes
- 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the package
We publish it, show you how to run it, and stay on call. Or you take the keys and run it yourself.
- What you get
- The site on your domain, the domain in your name, the code and the content yours from day one.
- What we need from you
- An hour for us to show you around, and a decision on whether you want maintenance or would rather self-manage.
- How long it takes
- A day to publish, then month by month
Write to us in English
Tell us what you need and where you are. A fixed quote within two working days, in English, with no follow-up calls you did not ask for.
